“I didn’t think I’d make it to 30...”

I’m Michelle Maia Mika, A decade ago, I lived a life that was unrecognizable to me now. I was sick, lonely, and depressed. The worst part? It was so normal to me I couldn’t identify the problem.

I didn’t think I’d make it to the age of 30.

A life of dysfunction was all I knew - stuck in my job, stuck in my relationship, stuck in unhealthy habits and stuck in the darkness of my own mind. I couldn’t see a way out.

And yet… something stayed with me through it all

The deep knowing that I was meant for something legendary in life.

Since 2016, I have spent every waking moment devoted to making that legend come to life. I’ve spent 20,000+ hours on self-development and over $27,500 and counting on mentors, coaches, programs, physical health and my internal healing. I will never stop pouring into my education and spend every waking moment devoted to being the best coach I can be.

This work is my mission in life.
